What to expect from counselling.
To explore and observe who we are as unique individuals allows us to gain insight as to how we might develop our well-being. Following an initial discussion, we work together to see what your needs are and what is most important for you. This allows me to offer something that is tailored to you. I offer short term and long term counselling, with the freedom to review and adjust as we go along.
