Having worked with people for many years, I understand how different we can all be. Our experiences in life can take us on many paths, some of which, might take us in a direction we do not want to go, or feel discomfort within ourselves that we might not be living the life that we would like. Being true to ourselves can be incredibly difficult with all of life's challenges.
Having worked in a variety of different settings, I value every aspect of what counselling can offer. My experience includes working with grief and bereavement, pre-bereavement, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, work stress, trauma, relationship difficulties and illness.
Being a registered member of the BACP requires me to attend regular continual professional development and training workshops as the field of counselling grows, finding new ways and strengthening existing models of therapy to help and support clients.
Having a passion for counselling and maintaining a strong commitment to providing the best service that I can for my clients is a moral and ethical value that I hold.
